I have been a long standing customer and like the quality, however recently I purchased a bra and did not like the fit, was not able to try in store due to covid. Upon returning the item to Stratford they advised it had a mark so was not Possible to resell it. I advised it’s not been worn and it’s how I purchased it from spitafields store. After long argument the store manager advised me to go back to the store I purchased and ask them to check CCTV! Yes CCTV and that all their staff check clothes before selling etc etc which is not true . They checked came back with a story that the person who served me had in fact checked the garment ! Which I am 100% sure is not true as I remember I had my child with me and the store was busy crowded and the assistant was distracted. Prior to this they had agreed to the refund marked my receipt and then back tracked when she saw this tiny Mark. All this for 20 quid refund, the Mark has been removed it was just dirt or something but that difficultly of this company and its staff ! I had to prove I purchased the garment with a mark but they can’t prove it back to me! Be careful with your purchases at this company !!!!!

I usually buy basics from Uniqlo US once or twice a year, but stopped during 2020. I placed an order March 18, 2021, then checked TrustPilot when my order tracking email didn't make sense. The email said my package shipped. The Uniqlo website said the order would be packed for shipment March 26 and would be delivered April 2. FedEx said the LABEL had been printed. So I read the reviews here and was a little worried. I kept an eye on the FedEx tracking and received my order earlier than expected. Order date: March 18Uniqlo's stated packing date: March 26Uniqlo's stated delivery date: April 3FedEx estimated delivery date: March 28Actual delivery date: March 27I received all of my items in the shipment.

Ordered from Uniqlo and 2 other well known fashion retailers on the same day. Uniqlo arrived first.Quality is good for the price and clothes look lovely. Some of the fabrics are a bit different to the pictures. Sent some stuff back to all of them on the same day and again Unqlo was first to return my money (by 2 weeks) without any problems. 1 star less because I wasn't aware that you have to pay for the returns yourself so depending on how much you send back it can be expensive.Would order again though.

Just recently received my third order since the start of the pandemic from Uniqlo's European site to Ireland. So far, I've found all of my transactions to be hassle-free and have always received exactly what I've ordered in the correct sizes. The shipping is quite a bit more expensive than other stores but it's the only way to get Uniqlo in Ireland so I guess I'll have to suck it up. With that in mind I've never attempted a return. So far the quality has been good enough that I know it's worth adjusting the clothes if they are too big.

I’ve had a read through the other reviews and really wondering why they’re so negative. I’m a new customer, looking for better quality clothing from an ethical company (that doesn’t charge extortionate prices). Order a few pieces, website was easy to use and got a £10 discount as a new customer. Delivery was fast and free - albeit from Hermes who left the parcel on my doorstep and didn’t knock... I’ll be leaving a review on their page. Clothes feel really well made and nice materials. I’ll be shopping again, one happy customer.

Despite all the negative reviews, had a smooth experience. Due to the pandemic, everything might be a little slower, but i got my delivery ( 400 EUR ) on time and the return was no problem. I can only speak for Uniqlo Germany. Entgegen aller schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich eine problemlose Erfahrung. Bestellung kam pünktlich und die Retoure verlief reibungslos. Wegen der Pandemie kann Einiges natürlich etwas langsamer ablaufen, aber das ist fast überall so.

I had a very bad experience with one refund before Christmas. It took ages to get my money back and, out of frustration, I wrote a one star review here. However, since I love Uniqlo clothes, this bad experience didn't stop me from making a few more online purchases. Everything went so smoothly and I was delighted with these orders (and customer service) that I feel the need to give them this time a rightly deserved good review. Thank you!

Item purchased on 5th January arrived on the 15th January without issue. Good quality clothes, would buy from again.

I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I actually had a good experience. I ordered on Monday and received everything on Wednesday.

A High Street shop for high street shopping- walk in and leave with all clothes needed for all occasions. Good quality - great prices - solid concise variety Of what one needs. Unless one has run a shop with rent rates taxes - hard to understand 1sqft in K&C London is 5k 1 month before staff stock electrics a floor tile is bigger. Help by spending
